The Community Hub is your one-stop destination for information about the market and the local community.
The Community Hub offers a recycling bag pick up point, confidential shredding and laminating (both for a small fee), a workspace, workshops and much more. Community Wardens will also be in attendance to engage with customers and offer advice and support.
It will also support local charities with small sales. If you are a charity or local agency and think that we may be able to help in any way or if you are interested in volunteering, please contact Diane (Volunteering) or Amanda at marketcommunityhub@outlook.com
The Market Tenants Association secured funding from the National Lottery Community Fund to facilitate the opening of the Community Hub.The stall is run entirely by volunteers. The hub also offers 'Our Aberdare Bid' Manager, Angharad Walters, a permanent base in Aberdare.
